Teaching Preceptors to Give Feedback

Throughout the year we create and put on Faculty Development Workshops which allow our Medical Education Team to present the latest guidelines and evidence based practices. It is also a great opportunity for our community preceptors to come together to discuss best practices at their own sites!

Workshop topics in the past have included:

- Introducing a learner into your practice

-How to give feedback (with students available for role-play)

-Student mistreatment - what is it and how can we avoid it?
